I will be working closely with Assistant Professor Jennifer Jackson. His research involves high-pressure physics of Earth minerals and similar materials, using diamond-anvil cell (DAC), infrared and Raman spectroscopy, x-ray powder diffraction and/or inelastic x-ray scattering.
