Research

I'm now studying the uplift and subsidence history of Southeast Asia with assimilation models, supervised by Professor Gurnis. In our study, Gplates and the finite element software CitcomS are used together to speculate the evolution of the solid earth. Predicted surface topography and heat flux are compared with observed data. My research interest is mainly on the dynamic evolution of the Solid earth and its corresponding surface expressions. The earth is just like a toy, so let's start playing with it.
