Research
Together with Prof. Mark Simons, I am exploring the use of satellite radar interferometry to estimate the 3D surface velocity field of temperate glaciers in Iceland. Eventually, these observations will be used to constrain the mechanical properties of the ice and the glacial/bedrock interface. Currently, I am working with older C-band observations from the ERS 1 and 2 radar satellites.
