Research

I am interested in studying the upper mantle heterogeneity and anisotropy on both regional and global scales. Currently, I am working on waveform modeling of Japan slab using Hi-net data from regional deep earthquakes, the goal is to better constrain the slab 3D geometry and the amplitude of compressional-(P) and shear-(S) wave velocity anomaly inside the slab.
