Research
I am currently working with Egill Hauksson and Prof. Tom Heaton on the implementation, testing and enhancement of algorithms for earthquake early warning in California using the infrastructure of the California Integrated Seismic Network (CISN). I am also interested in (time-dependent) probabilistic seismic hazard assessment, procedures for the rapid generation of shake maps, the simulation of strong ground motions and artificial neural networks.
